Apartment Bois de Lune 3 is a charming 3 bedroom apartment, boasting a fantastic central location in Samoens. Sleeping up to 6 people, and occupying a single level layout spanning 73m2, the apartment has been thoughtfully furnished with high quality, locally sourced furniture, producing a stylish and modern alpine apartment. 

Located in an exclusive residence formed of only a handful of uniquely designed apartments, the property benefits from a private hot tub, cosy under floor heating throughout, while a light and spacious feel is generated by the open plan layout of the living, dining, and kitchen areas. 

Apartment Bois de Lune 3 occupies an excellent setting, with stunning views of the Criou mountain, a 2 minute stroll takes you to the historic village centre of Samoens while a ski bus stop is located 100m from the apartment offering a regular and free service to the Grand Massif Express Gondola. Alternatively, a scenic walk of around 10 minutes will take you to the same gondola.  If you chose to use one of our partner rental shops, ski equipment storage is available at the top or bottom of the ski lift. Samoens' brand new ice rink and excellent weekly market are just 400m from the apartment. In summer, a flat walk of around 12 minutes takes you to the refreshing outdoor swimming pool, lakes, tennis courts, adventure parks, and much, much more.

This property is privately owned and has been carefully selected to be in Alps Accommodation’s premier portfolio. It has a Friday changeover day, however in low season and for last minute bookings, flexible arrival day and length of stay may be available. Contact us for more information.

This charming property is part of a small complex, developed to create a handful of unique, high quality apartments. You enter via a short private staircase which leads you through large glass doors into the impressive open plan living and dining area. The property has been beautifully furnished by the owners, with high quality, locally sourced furniture throughout.  The touches of rustic charm are immediately obvious as you enter. Extensive use of wood throughout the apartment reminds you of your alpine location, while also generating a warm, cosy atmosphere. A series of large windows frame stunning alpine scenery, giving a glimpse of beautiful distant chalets and farm buildings, as well as stunning views of the majestic Criou mountain.

The living area features a comfortable, high quality sofa with an armchair providing further seating. A striking rustic teak wooden TV unit hosts a large LCD TV with soundbar and Playstation 4 with games, while free Wi-Fi (fiber) is provided throughout. The dining area offers great views via the French doors together with a beautiful wood dining table seating 6 people comfortably.  This provides a great spot to enjoy a night in with a fondue, or breakfast with the sun rising over the mountains.

The spacious and fully equipped kitchen is a joy for the chefs of the group.  Equipped to a high standard, it features a 4 ring electric hob, full size electric fan oven, microwave, large fridge freezer, dishwasher and luxurious extras such as a Nespresso coffee machine and of course a fondue and raclette set! Quirky in its design, a separate work station, houses the sink and a character hatch leading to the dining area.  There is ample storage and workspace provided, while a breakfast bar offers a place to enjoy a morning coffee while planning an exciting day in the mountains. Just to the side of the kitchen is a large storage cupboard with washing machine.

Apartment Bois de Lune 3 has two spacious ensuite bedrooms and the third bedroom is a cabin style room.  They feature luxury linen and comfortable mattresses to ensure the most relaxing night sleep possible!

Bedroom 1, the master bedroom, comes complete with an ensuite bathroom and luxurious king size bed. An eye catching headboard is one of many little extra features which help creates a special apartment oozing character. A large wardrobe ensures plenty of storage space, with a glass door giving glimpses of the surrounding scenery, while also providing private access to the balcony. The ensuite bathroom boasts a large shower, sink, towel radiator and WC.

Bedroom 2 is a bright and spacious double bedroom with a built in large shower and sink unit, plus a separate WC. Two units provide great storage space while guests are sure to appreciate the marvellous views from two sides of the room.

Bedroom 3 is a cabin bedroom with a set of full size bunk beds, providing a great space for kids or flexible sleeping arrangements for larger groups. Under bed storage is available, while a window fills the room with light.

A cot and high chair can also be provided free of charge with prior request.

Apartment Bois de Lune 3 has a private terrace which offers a hot tub and wonderful views of the Criou mountain as it’s dramatic cliffs tower over Samoens. It’s east facing orientation benefits from morning sunshine so why not start your day with a coffee sitting on the terrace, while taking in the views! The apartment also benefits from a balcony, running the length of the apartment which enjoys the same stunning views. A large dining table and chairs are provided for those alfresco evenings, as well as lounging chairs for relaxing on, and a BBQ is also provided.

Guests have access to two private parking spaces positioned adjacent to the apartment. A ski locker is also available. For charging of electric cars, you are able to park your EV close enough to the property to use your own EV charging cable and standard electrical socket within the property.

Located in a fantastic central position within Samoens, Apartment Bois de Lune 3 provides a great location for year round holidays.

A bus stop, located just 100m from the apartment, offers a free and regular service to the Grand Massif Express Gondola which provides a modern, high speed link into the Grand Massif ski area. Should you wish to enjoy the fresh mountain air, a walk of around 10-12 minutes will take you to the same gondola, while skiing equipment can be stored at the bottom of the lift or on the pistes via our recommended suppliers. A short 2 minute walk takes you to the beautiful village centre of Samoens where you will find a great selection of local shops, bars, cafes, restaurants and boulangeries. The fantastic new ice rink, just 400m away, provides hours of family entertainment including regular ice hockey matches.

In the warm summer months, cool off in Samoens’ popular outdoor swimming pool which is an easy 12 minute walk from the apartment. In the area surrounding the pool are a huge variety of activities including tennis, pony rides, golf driving range, adventure parks, fishing lakes, archery and two bar/restaurants.
