Just 200 meters from the Vercland telecabine, the apartment offers easy access to the Grand Massif ski area and when snow conditions permit, a ski piste brings you back to the base of this telecabine. A ski bus stop, also 200 meters from the property, offers convenient links to Samoëns village and the broader Haut-Giffre valley.

A fantastic private secure garden features a terrace and lawned area ideal for children, while a table and chairs are available for outdoor dining, allowing you to fully enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

Please note that the Vercland ski lift is subject to a closure date in April one week prior to the Samoëns ski lifts, with a replacement ski bus service in place to the Samoëns telecabine.

Venture further inside to discover the bright open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area with large windows which flood the space with natural light and offer stunning views over the private garden to the valley beyond.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials, including a full-size oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, and for the cheese lovers, a raclette machine and fondue equipment

In the living area, a high quality and comfortable sofa is set before picturesque views of the valley and surrounding peaks. For your entertainment, there's a smart TV, high-speed Wi-Fi powered by Starlink, a small Bluetooth speaker, and a selection of family games.

The dining area features a wooden table that comfortably seats up to six people.

Apartment Neige et Etoiles offers two beautiful bedrooms featuring comfortable beds, and high-quality mattresses, linen and soft furnishings.

In bedroom one you will find a luxurious super king-size bed which can also be arranged as twin beds on request, with good storage provided by a wardrobe.

Bedroom two offers a twin configuration which can be arranged as a super king-size bed on request. A wardrobe offers good storage space.

A quality sofa bed in the lounge can sleep an additional two people.

The family bathroom contains a shower, sink with vanity unit, towel radiator and WC.

The apartment features a private 41m² enclosed garden with a terrace and lawn which offer fantastic views over the valley towards Samoëns and the iconic Le Criou mountain. A table and chairs are provided for dining alfresco during the warm spring, summer and autumn months. An additional small table with two chairs, and sunloungers are also provided to help you make the most of this excellent outdoor space.

The apartment includes one private parking space in a covered carport adjacent to the residence, with a free electric vehicle charging point. Further parking is available just 50m from the property. A ski locker is also available which can also be used to store bikes.

The apartment is situated in an enviable location, just 200 meters from a ski lift and piste in the picturesque and quaint hamlet of Vercland, Samoëns. The modern, high-speed Vercland telecabine, favored by locals for its shorter queues, offers quick access to the Grand Massif ski area. Our equipment rental partner provides maximum convenience with rental equipment, and free storage, available at the top of the telecabine. A discount is available for Alps Accommodation guests.

When conditions are favorable, a red ski piste allows you to ski from the plateau of Samoëns 1600 back down to the base of the same telecabine in Vercland. This piste has been improved with the addition of numerous snow cannons, or alternatively you can take the ski lift down.

Opposite the telecabine and just 200m from the apartment, you will find the well-loved bar and restaurant, La Reposette, which is open all day.

A ski bus stop, located only 200 meters from the apartment, offers quick and efficient service to Samoëns, Morillon, and other villages and attractions in the valley, where you will find a vast range of amenities and activities available throughout the year. Alternatively, the centre of Samoëns village is roughly a 20-25 minute walk from the apartment.

In the summer, you will discover a variety of hiking and biking trails near the apartment, with the lakes of Samoëns and Morillon accessible in under 5 minutes by car.
