The property is situated in a renovated 18th-century barn split into 3 separate self-contained apartments. Apartments 1 and 2 can combine with an internal staircase to provide a total of 4 bedrooms sleeping 10/12 guests. Apartment 1 has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, sleeping up to 8 guests with its own kitchen and living area. Apartment 2 has 1 bedroom but can sleep up to 4 using the sofa bed, plus its own kitchen and bathroom. This layout can be perfect for friends or two separate families looking to stay together but with flexibility and independence when required. Apartment 3 is independent and is reserved for occasional use by the owner.
Meticulously renovated to an impressive 118m² by its dedicated owners, the property combines modern style and luxury with a nod to its agricultural heritage. The interior features beautifully preserved original woodwork, skillfully crafted by local carpenters, along with exposed beams and intricate stonework. Please note that the Vercland ski lift is subject to a closure date one week prior to the Samoëns ski lifts, with a replacement ski bus service in place to the Samoens telecabine.

Upon entering apartment 1 on the ground floor, you benefit from a great space to store outdoor clothing and footwear. Carrying on into the property, you arrive into the wonderfully light and spacious living, dining, and kitchen areas, illuminated by large windows looking towards the garden.
In the living area, two quality sofas are positioned around a gorgeous wooden coffee table, while a smart TV and Wi-Fi provide entertainment.
The wooden dining table provides comfortable seating for up to 10 people.
The bespoke and well-equipped kitchen offers quality throughout including a generous granite worksurface area, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, and Nespresso coffee machine.
Apartment 2 is accessed via a large ski and boot room, and an interior staircase which leads to the upper level of the property. Upon entering, you are drawn towards the open plan living, dining and kitchen area, where light floods in from doors and windows on two aspects.
The bespoke kitchen offers a 4-ring hob, full size dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine.
In the living area, a comfortable sofa and delightful rustic coffee table are positioned before large windows which give beautiful views down the valley.

The property boasts four delightful bedrooms featuring quality mattresses, linen and soft furnishings. Extensive use of recycled wood gives a warm alpine feel, and hand-crafted built-in wardrobes provide great storage space. Located on the northern side of the building, each room offers fantastic views towards Samoëns and the Criou mountain.
You will find the first three bedrooms in apartment 1 on the ground floor of the property.
Bedroom 1 is the ensuite master bedroom which features a king-size bed. In the ensuite bathroom, you will find a shower, sink with vanity unit, and towel radiator.
Bedroom 2 boasts full-size double bunk beds and is well-illuminated thanks to windows on two aspects.
Bedroom 3 offers full-size bunk beds, more gorgeous rustic wood, and lovely views thanks to a north-facing window.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a modern family bathroom with a large walk-in shower, sink with vanity unit, towel radiator and WC. A separate WC is available.
Once the upper floor, apartment 2 hosts the remaining bedroom.
Bedroom 4 is a delightful room featuring a comfortable double bed and quality linen and soft furnishings. Recycled wood has been used extensively to give a warm and welcoming feel, while a hand-crafted built-in wardrobe provides great storage space.
The living area provides a flexible fifth sleeping area with a comfortable, high-quality sofa bed.
Directly opposite, the modern bathroom offers a shower, sink with vanity unit and towel radiator. A separate WC is available.
The property boasts a sunny garden to the front of the property with lawned area which is perfect for family games and enjoying the beautiful mountain environment.
On the first floor, enjoy a fantastic 9m2 private terrace which affords stunning views to the south and west over the Giffre valley towards Pointe de Marcelly. It is the perfect spot to enjoy spectacular sunsets with friends.
A large private ski locker is available with boot drying rack. Clients also have access to a washing machine.
Parking for numerous cars is available directly opposite the property. You will also find an EV charger next to the parking area, please bring your own cable and charging card.
