Located on the third and fourth floors of the residence, you enter the apartment on the lower level. You are drawn towards the open-plan living, dining and kitchen areas, where natural light fills the space from doors leading to the balcony.
In the living area, a high quality and wonderfully comfortable sofa is set before the warming glow of an electric log fire. Two additional armchairs provide further seating options. A Smart TV with streaming services provides entertainment, along with Wi-Fi and a selection of family games and books.
The dining area is a fantastic space to be enjoyed among family or friends, with a large wooden dining table and luxurious chairs providing comfortable seating for up to seven guests. To one side a beautiful dresser, to the other, enticing views out over the balcony to the mountains beyond.
The very spacious and fully equipped kitchen provides everything required to cook for the group. It includes a large hob, full-size oven, dishwasher, fridge and separate freezer, electric cafetiere and excellent storage space and work surface area.
A washing machine is available in the lower level family bathroom.

Moving to the upper level, bedroom 3 is another lovely double bedroom with direct access to a west-facing balcony shared with bedroom 4. Built-in cupboards and a chest provide great storage space.
Bedroom 4 is a spacious twin bedroom which again benefits from direct access to the west-facing balcony shared with bedroom 3. Good storage space is available thanks to a built-in wardrobe and chest of drawers.
