Located on the first floor of a charming chalet-style building in a prestigious MGM residence, this superb 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom property in Samoens provides luxury accommodation for up to 6 guests. Conveniently positioned just a short walk from the residents’ only swimming pool, Chardons Argentes F8 is accessible via one flight of stairs or a lift, which also services the secure underground carpark.

Step inside and hang your coat on one of the hooks by the front door. Further storage space is provided in the large closet around the corner. Two spacious bedrooms are situated off the entrance hallway. A twin room immediately to your left can also be made up as a super king. The master bedroom, with its super king bed and ensuite shower is directly ahead. The second bathroom, with bath and overhead shower, is located along the hall with a separate WC.

Follow the corridor into the bright and welcoming open-plan living, kitchen, and dining space. The fully equipped kitchen includes multi-function combination oven/microwave, 3-ring induction hob, fridge with small freezer compartment, Nespresso machine, plus a dishwasher. It’s stocked to perfection with all the crockery, pots, pans, glass and bakeware you could possibly need, plus specialty items like 2-tiered electric steamer and raclette machine. Meals are sure to be a delight, enjoyed together at the lovely solid wood dining table with seating for 6. Or dine al fresco on the large south-west facing balcony featuring 6-seater outdoor dining table and chairs - the ideal space to enjoy the natural surrounds of this quiet corner of Samoens.

As the day ends snuggle down in the large, comfortable sofa or one of two additional armchairs in the bright yet cosy living area. A cosy electric log burner is a central feature, providing warmth and charm as you relax in front of the Smart TV equipped with Blu-ray disc player. There is also Wi-Fi Internet throughout, and a selection of DVDs, books and games have also been provided for your enjoyment. The living room can be used to sleep an additional 2 people, with pull-out twin sofa bed providing flexible sleeping arrangements for larger groups.

Chardons Argentes F8 boasts 2 spacious bedrooms with large comfortable beds, each fitted with only the highest quality beds and linens to ensure a peaceful night’s sleep. Soft, plush towels add a touch of luxury, with additional towels for pool use also provided. There is ample storage in the built-in wardrobes, with each room also equipped with individual wall-mounted radiators for your added comfort. Solid wood furnishings and gorgeous black and white prints depicting alpinists of yesteryear are a great touch that add to the rooms’ simple yet elegant alpine charm. 

Bedroom 1, a lovely twin room, with views across to the Bois Aux Dames lakes and mountains beyond, is sure to be a hit with children. It features its own TV equipped with Samsung Blu-ray disc player and a PS3 games console. A great selection of games and DVDs are provided for your enjoyment. Bedroom 1 can also be made up as a super king room so please let us know when booking if this is required. A family bathroom, with bath and overhead shower, is located immediately opposite this bedroom, with the separate WC also in the hall. For your convenience the family bathroom features a washing machine, tastefully stored away in the double vanity unit with single basin and large mirror.

Bedroom 2, the master room, with ensuite shower and single basin vanity unit, is another delightfully spacious room, affording views through its window of the mighty Criou Mountain. Relax as you lie back in your super king-sized bed and dream of days spent on the mountain. The rich, plush throw and cushions tie in perfectly with the custom-made curtains and upholstered headboard, adding that extra touch of style.

A twin sofa-bed, with fold out single beds, is available in the lounge, providing flexible sleeping arrangements for groups of up to six.

Situated in a quiet corner of the residence, Chardons Argentes F8  features a large south-west facing balcony where you can enjoy the calm and natural surrounds of this corner of Samoens. Enjoy the mountain views or sit back and watch paragliders land in the neighbouring fields. The gorgeous outdoor dining table and chairs with seating for 6 is ideal for alfresco dining.

A major highlight of Chardons Argentes F8 is the fabulous indoor swimming pool, which is available exclusively to residents and is only a minute’s walk from the apartment. Open year-round, the 6m x 12m swimming pool also features an outside terrace, perfect for sunbathing in the warmer months. Changing facilities and a WC are conveniently located in the pool complex, and as an added luxury the owner has provided extra swimming towels for your use.

Chardon Argentes F8 also benefits from two private and secure underground parking spaces, with additional aboveground parking also available. There is also a private and secure ski locker, and communal bike storage facility in the basement level.
