Chalet Chic F5 is a stylish and spacious 3-bedroom terraced chalet, newly renovated throughout. Thoughtfully arranged over three floors and 90m², the property can accommodate up to 6/8 guests comfortably.
Set within the sought-after Les Fermes de Samoëns complex, guests benefit from exclusive access to a range of on-site leisure facilities. These include a residents-only indoor swimming pool, outdoor pool (summer only), sauna, hammam, and gym. The complex also features a communal lounge with a cosy fireplace and pool table. In addition, bread and pastries can be ordered from the reception, ready for breakfast each day.
Inside, the chalet has been beautifully renovated to blend contemporary style with authentic Alpine character. Carefully chosen furnishings and tasteful décor create a warm, homely atmosphere. The thoughtful layout includes a second lounge/snug equipped with a smart TV - perfect for families or groups wanting a bit of extra space to unwind.
During the warmer months, make the most of the sunny terrace overlooking the expansive communal gardens. An outdoor dining table for eight people provides a wonderful setting to enjoy meals with fabulous mountain views, which include an impressive waterfall!

Chalet Chic F5 welcomes you on the ground floor, where you'll find a stunning open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area. Large glass doors lead directly onto the sunny terrace and communal gardens, flooding the space with natural light and creating a bright, uplifting atmosphere.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including an electric fan oven, dishwasher, large fridge freezer, filter coffee machine and a hand blender.
A wooden dining table, positioned in front of the balcony doors, comfortably seats up to 8 guests and provides a warm and sociable setting for shared meals.
The inviting living area features a comfortable leather sofa, additional seating, and Bluetooth speaker, ideal for relaxing after a day exploring the mountains. On the second floor, a cosy snug offers a second living space, complete with a plush sofa bed, smart TV, and a selection of family games - perfect for groups or families looking to spread out and unwind.
For added convenience, a combined washing machine and tumble dryer is located on the ground floor.

Chalet Chic F5 offers flexible and comfortable sleeping arrangements across 3/4 beautifully appointed bedrooms. Spread over the first and second floors, each room is thoughtfully furnished with comfortable mattresses, crisp linen, and soft furnishings to ensure a restful night’s sleep.
Bedroom 1 is a twin room which can be configured as a super king-size bed on request. It also features a built-in wardrobe and enjoys breathtaking views of the towering Criou mountain, rising dramatically above the village.
Bedroom 2 is a welcoming twin room which features its own private west-facing balcony with stunning views of a nearby waterfall, surrounding mountains, and the gardens at the front of the chalet. The balcony is furnished with a table and chairs, perfect for a morning coffee or evening drink. A built-in wardrobe offers good storage space.
Bedrooms 1 and 2 are located on the first floor and share a family bathroom complete with a bath and integrated shower, a vanity unit with sink, towel radiator, and WC. An adjacent WC is available.
Bedroom 3, located on the top floor, is a spacious retreat furnished with a luxurious super king-size bed (can be configured as twin beds on request). This room also includes a desk and chair, plus a charming sofa, making it a perfect spot for reading, relaxing, or catching up on work in peace.
A bathroom on the top floor features a walk-in shower, vanity unit with sink, towel radiator and WC.
The snug, also on the second floor, doubles as a fourth bedroom with a comfortable sofa bed (130cm wide). With its smart TV and cosy setup, it’s an ideal space for older children or friends to enjoy a little extra privacy.
Chalet Chic F5 enjoys a sunny private terrace that opens directly onto expansive shared gardens, offering wonderful views of a nearby waterfall and the surrounding mountains, including the iconic Criou. It’s a fantastic space for both relaxation and play, and particularly popular with families looking to unwind in nature after a day of mountain adventures.
Guests benefit from access to a superb range of leisure facilities within the complex, including an indoor swimming pool, an outdoor pool (summer only), gym equipment, a sauna, and a traditional hammam. The complex also features a welcoming communal lounge complete with a fireplace and pool table.
Please note, the leisure facilities are usually open from the end of May to the start of September, and mid-December to mid-April. The outdoor pool is open for the summer months only. Unlimited access to the pool during opening hours is free of charge and guests also receive one complimentary session in the sauna or hammam, with additional sessions available for a small charge.

Tucked away in a peaceful corner of the village, Les Fermes de Samoëns is perfectly positioned just a short, level stroll of approximately 500m from the heart of the village. The location strikes a rare balance between tranquillity and convenience, making it a fantastic destination in any season.
Surrounded by stunning mountains, forest trails, and the gentle sounds of the nearby Giffre River, the area is a paradise for those who love the outdoors. Yet despite its natural setting, it remains within easy reach of Samoëns’ vibrant village with its traditional shops, cosy cafés, inviting restaurants, and the historic town square with picturesque church and popular weekly market.
In winter, the closest ski bus stop can be found directly outside the complex, providing quick transport to the Grand Massif Express lift and the extensive ski area beyond. A modern ice rink, located just a 10-minute walk away, is a family favourite. If snow conditions are favourable, cross-country skiing trails are also accessible within minutes on foot.
When the snow melts, the area transforms into a summer playground. Guests can head out on foot or bike directly from the residence, following scenic paths through open meadows and wooded riverbanks. The Grand Massif Express lift operates in summer for high-altitude hiking and mountain biking. Down in the valley, the stunning lakes and array of surrounding activities of Bois aux Dames are within a comfortable 10-15 minute walk - perfect for a relaxed afternoon outdoors.
