Les Falconnieres and Lou Cardinales

As you enter Chalet Falconnieres, you are immediately led to the wonderfully spacious main open plan living and dining area. Light floods the room through huge windows which capture the jaw dropping alpine views, looking out over Samoens village and the Grand Massif ski area. In the living area you will find three stylish, deep comfortable navy blue sofas surrounding a beautiful large stone feature wall with a warming log fire. A separate armchair provides additional seating, while unique touches such as mirrored lamps and decadent soft furnishings add a touch of elegance. The owners daughter, an interior designer who managed the renovation, has ensured great attention to detail has been incorporated into every area, combining both contemporary and fresh furnishings in each room.  Entertainment is provided by a large Smart TV while a Bluetooth speaker system and free Wi-Fi are available.

In the dining area, a grey slate effect table with luxurious fabric chairs can seat up to 10 people in absolute comfort, beneath the pendant light.  A mirrored wall reflects gorgeous mountain scenery seen through patio doors which lead to the balcony opposite equipped with outdoor seating.

A bright and spacious fully equipped kitchen provides everything you could possibly need with highlights including an American style fridge freezer with water dispenser, full size electric fan oven, electric hob, microwave, and dishwasher. A kitchen island with stools double up as a breakfast bar offering a quiet corner for a morning coffee, as well as excellent work surface and storage space.

Moving down to the lower level of the chalet, you will find the Apartment Falconnieres which can be closed off internally if required. In the apartment you will find a second open plan space, hosting a kitchen, living and dining area. Again capitalising on the property's wonderfully sunny aspect, large windows on two sides offer more spectacular views. The living area features a sofa, two armchairs and a large Smart TV provides entertainment. The second kitchen comes fully equipped including a large fridge freezer, fan oven, electric hob and dishwasher. Located opposite is a stylish dining table which can seat up to 6 people.

On the entrance level, guests will find a utility room offering great storage for outdoor clothing and footwear, as well as a washing machine and separate dryer. A boot room on the lower level provides further storage as well as a washing machine.

Lou Cardinales is located in a separate building adjacent to Les Falconnieres. You enter Lou Cardinales into an area offering good storage space for shoes and outdoor clothing. Moving into the open-plan living, dining and kitchen area, enjoy a light and spacious feel thanks to a high ceiling and a large window offering incredible views over Samoëns village and the valley.

The modern, fully equipped kitchen features an electric hob, full-size oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, providing everything you could need.

Set before a large window framing stunning panoramic views, a large wooden dining table is the perfect place to enjoy a delicious meal.

In the cosy living area, you’ll find comfortable seating with entertainment provided by a smart TV, Wi-Fi and a selection of books and games.

Les Falconnieres and Lou Cardinales provide 6 fabulous, luxurious bedrooms each offering a light and wonderfully spacious feel and incredible views. In each room, space has not been compromised and they have been thoughtfully styled by interior designers, complete with luxurious soft furnishings, deep high-quality mattresses, beautiful rugs and attractive brightly coloured contemporary décor.  

Bedroom 1 can be found on the lower level of the chalet and features a double bed which looks out through patio doors over a private covered terrace to stunning mountain views. A separate dressing room with floor to ceiling wardrobe leads into the ensuite bathroom where you will find an extra large walk-in shower, vanity unit with built-in sink, towel radiator and WC.

Bedroom 2 is also located on the lower level and features twin beds which can be pushed together to create a super king bed. A patio door leads out to a covered terrace while an east facing window gives you a glimpse of the stunning cliffs of the mighty Criou mountain.

Located adjacent to bedroom 2 is a family bathroom featuring a shower, vanity unit with sink, towel radiator and WC.

Moving to the upper level, bedroom 3 is a delightful twin bedroom featuring more fabulous views of the Criou mountain from an east facing window. A comfortable armchair provides a quiet corner to enjoy a good book, while a floor to ceiling wardrobe provides excellent storage space. The twin beds in this room can be pushed together to create a huge super king size bed.

Bedroom 4 is a vast 27m2 room featuring a queen size bed, while a sofa adds a touch of luxury to the room and can also convert into a small bed to sleep an additional young child. Patio doors on two sides lead onto the rooms private balcony and make the most of the rooms elevated position, offering staggering panoramic views over Samoens village and the Criou mountain. A double floor to ceiling wardrobe provides excellent storage space.

Bedrooms 3 and 4 share a family bathroom featuring a shower, vanity unit with sink, towel radiator, and WC.

Bedroom 5, spanning a huge 30m2, boasts a luxurious king size bed flanked by two suspended terracotta bed side lamps. The room boasts a snug area where you will find two further single cosy built in cabin style beds making this room ideal for families, looking for a little independence. The ensuite bathroom offers a large bath and integrated shower, his and her sinks, a towel radiator and WC. A separate dressing area is available, while a wardrobe and chest of drawers provide great storage.

In Lou Cardinales you will find bedroom 6, a wonderfully comfortable bedroom featuring a king-size bed (can be arranged as a twin on request) with luxurious linen and soft furnishings. Great storage space is provided by a small wardrobe, under-bed drawers, and a further huge wardrobe in the living area.

Opposite, you will find the family bathroom with a large walk-in shower, sink with vanity unit, radiator suitable for towels and WC.

Two sofa beds in the living area can sleep an additional two children.

Les Falconnieres and Lou Cardinales are located in their own private grounds which surround both properties, and include a flat lawned area with a sunny exposition and wonderful views over Samoëns, the Criou mountain, and towards the Grand Massif ski area.

With 3 furnished terraces and a balcony, the properties offer the ideal place to kick back and enjoy the fresh mountain air.

To the front of Les Falconnieres, enjoy day long sunshine and wonderful views from the large south facing terrace which feels as though it's hovering over Samoens village! On the easterly side of the chalet, a covered terraced area enjoys morning sunshine, and also provides some much needed shade on those hot summer afternoons. On the middle level, a balcony wraps around three sides of the chalet, linking two enclosed and covered terrace areas, both of which offer comfortable seating. The upper level features a second balcony with private access from bedroom 4, a real treat for guests staying in this room who will enjoy the stunning panoramic views.

Meanwhile, Lou Cardinales has its own south facing balcony, overlooking the gardens, and with more fabulous views of the village.

A large private parking area is available at the rear of the chalet for several cars. There is also a boot room and separate utility room providing further storage space for outdoor equipment and clothing, as well as an external lockable ski locker.

Concerning charging of electric cars, you are able to park your EV close enough to the property to use your own EV charging cable and standard electrical socket within the chalet.
