"We stayed at Apartment Jardin Alpin for one week before Christmas and very much enjoyed our family holiday. It is a lovely, spacious and very warm apartment with breathtaking views. Perfect for the festive season, with cosy chalet vibes. The apartment block is located right next to the ski school area and chair lifts, and is well equipped with lots of storage. Plenty of board games kept us entertained in the evenings. On arrival we were greeted with a bottle of wine, tea/coffee, milk and snacks in the fridge, which made us feel very welcomed. The apartment was clean, with all the beds made before our arrival. The owner of the apartment was absolutely charming and took care of every little detail of our stay."

"We have had an amazing time at La Tibolire in Sixt Fer a Cheval. Mark and Melissa [the owners] are great hosts and helped us with everything from deciding what where to go, what to do, where to eat etc. They have lots of local experience and great ideas which helped us to enjoy our days even more in this beautiful part of the world. Most of what we wanted to do was a short drive, or even a walk, from the apartment. Summer in the French Alps is magic, there is so much to do for the whole family. The apartmet is very clean, incredibly well equipped with every device you could want - coffee machine, stereo, televisions, DVDs, dishwasher and then the treats - a fondue pot, a raclette set and a bonus of some delicious vegetables from Mark's vegetable patch! We were very comfortable in the accommodation and enjoyed the garden with the spectacular views of the mountains. We found everything as advertised on the website. I thoroughly recommend the property and the area. We would certainly use Alps Accommodation in the future and would return to La Tibolire. "We were a group of six spanning three generations (6-74 years) staying at Le Bella Vista in Sixt-Fer-a-Cheval. The property was the perfect place to rest and recover after a day's skiing with views all around and worked really well. Ski hire, Supermarché, bakery and ski bus stop all within throwing distance. The children enjoyed the little park area opposite for snowball fights. Inside, Scrabble, French monopoly and the games console were all well used. We've previously used Alps Accommodation in Summer (always provide a high standard of accommodation) and stayed in Samoens and knew that Sixt is a sleepy place and that was what we wanted. We knew we'd be staying in after our days skiing. I recommend a car if you want to eat out so you can access the greater choice in Samoens. We used the wonderful Tiffanie bakery in Sixt almost every morning... lovely selection of bread, cakes and also have quiche and other savoury for packed lunch if needed. The local Sherpa supermarche also enough for us to cook each evening... lots of local cheeses and meats in their deli area. Kitchen well equipped. We relied on ski bus each morning and skied Samoens (used Ecole de ski 360 very pleased with small group of five meaning all three children together for their first ski holiday. We hired from local Lionel sports in Sixt), as well as sixt (feels a bit wilder and amazing views) and Morillon (this was for marvel run for kids). In the two hour ski school slot we were able to reach Flaine and get back. Used Go Massif for transfers... very smooth. We loved our time skiing the Grand Massif. Even though half term in the UK and France it never seemed too crowded once you were away from first run down to the lifts to the top."

"We have had an amazing holiday in Chalet Le Strange. The standard was excellent and we loved the chalet, especially the pool. The beds were very comfortable, it felt like staying in a 5 star hotel. Ash, the property manager, was there to meet us and was really helpful, I would have had no hesitation in contacting her and Mike if we had needed to. We had two fabulous meals at Le Repossette - would definitely recommend. The market in Samoens on the Wednesday morning was great, and we visited the Indiana Park in Samoens and the outdoor pool, both of which were fantastic for our girls (13, 12 and 9). The walk around Cirque du fer a Cheval was incredible, a really good day out. The booking process through Alps Accommodation was really good, I would have no hesitation in using them again or recommending to others."

"We choose accommodation based on a variety of factors including location, modern interior, view, large balcony we can all be together on and garden. As a family, we spend a lot of time researching and discussing accommodation before making our decision. Chalet Toubkal was at the top end of our budget but we went for it because it looked clean, the price included everything (linen, taxes, cleaning) and had the bonus of a hot tub and garden. You’ve got a great website: we like having loads of info and photos.
We’ve been booking accommodation in France for about 10 years. Your booking and payment system was one of the easiest we’ve experienced. Most accommodation requires payment by Euro bank transfer which is inconvenient for someone in the UK. You accept credit card - great. I also liked the emails you sent out beforehand giving information about how to find the chalet etc. All very helpful.
Everyone we’ve had dealings with in your company has been British. Though I’ve spent hours studying French language CDs my French is poor and at times of handover it is very helpful to be able to do it in English. Chalet Toubkal was perhaps the cleanest accommodation we have ever stayed in. Full marks. We really appreciated the welcome pack and cleaning products.
We spent almost all our time walking during the day and relaxing on the balcony or in the garden. It was great to have a balcony large enough to fit us on and wonderful to have such a large garden. The tree provided some welcome cool shade during the hottest temperatures. Every year we go to somewhere different but we found Chalet Toubkal and the locality so enjoyable and had so much to offer we think we may well return a future year."

"We had a fantastic week at Chalet Cristal which is large and spacious, beautifully furnished and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. Comfy beds and duvets, fluffy towels and ample bathrooms added to our comfortable stay and the lovely spacious lounge with log fire, large sofas and satellite TV made for great evenings in after a nice home-cooked meal! The location is great with the free ski bus stop being just at the end of the street and a pizzeria (great pizzas!) just round the corner. Verchaix is a quiet little hamlet which makes for a lovely peaceful holiday but Morillon is close enough for a walk or short drive if you need more shops, bars and restaurants. The Carrefour supermarket is very convenient along the road to Samoens if you've a car. Samoens, like Morillon, is a charming little town. "A huge thanks to Alps Accommodation, especially Barbs who was so helpful throughout our stay. The highlights for us were undoubtedly the excellent and prompt service from all of you at Alps Accommodation. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble, a sign of a company that takes customer service seriously. The welcome hamper, message about where to find keys etc all helped us to settle in quickly. The chalet itself was superb – well equipped and designed kitchen, with two cookers and fridges made meal preparation a pleasure not a chore. Really comfy beds, power showers, and good towels and linens were appreciated, and the Molton Brown toiletries were a nice touch. We loved the table tennis table which my lads used continually, and the excellent TV, DVD and Playstation were well used (although not at the expense of skiing!). Finally, the fact that you got a Christmas tree put up, and provided the fabulous hot tub which we all used daily gave us as my sister-in-law put it 'undoubtedly the best Christmas I’ve ever had’. "I was in a group of 8 staying at Les Chardons Argentes E2 in Jan 2014 and would recommend it for anyone wanting a great place to stay in Samoens. When we arrived at the apartment we were all very impressed. It was spacious and very obvious the owner takes pride in it. The pictures and write up are a very good representation of what it is actually like. Both the kitchen and living area are more than big enough for 8 people and the cooking facilities are very good.The free ski bus stop is only a short walk away and it only takes a few minutes to get to the centre of town. The swimming pool was usually empty and a great luxury to have after day skiing. The owner of the apartment was very accommodating and set up all of the beds set up as singles to our request and was easy to contact her throughout the booking process. Only one day of rain and we went up the Col de Joux Plan to see how the cyclists do it. Barbs was really helpful and visited us twice. A brilliant performance by the team who answered all my questions about running routes and trails until they probably got fed up of me, with great patience.
