Bathed in natural light from floor-to-ceiling windows, the space feels bright and inviting, with direct access to a balcony that enhances the airy atmosphere.
In the dining area, a large wooden table is paired with comfortable seating beneath striking chandelier-style lighting, creating a perfect setting to gather around delicious meals.
The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with modern conveniences, including an electric fan oven, dishwasher, 3 ring electric hob, and a Nespresso machine with milk frother, ensuring all your culinary needs are met.

On the upper level, bedroom 1 is the master bedroom, a luxurious retreat complete with a private ensuite shower room, desk, and its own TV. Large windows flood the room with natural light and lead out to the balcony, where you can enjoy views of serene forests with the majestic Criou mountain towering above. The ensuite bathroom is equipped with a shower and vanity unit with a sink, while built-in wardrobes provide great storage space.
Also on the upper level, bedroom 2 is a twin bedroom with an adjacent family bathroom providing a shower, vanity unit with sink, towel radiator and WC.
The lower level houses the remaining bedrooms.
Bedroom 3 is a comfortable room with a king-size bed, a TV and an ensuite bathroom boasting a shower, sink with vanity unit, towel radiator and WC. Built-in wardrobes ensure good storage space.
Bedroom 4 offers twin beds with direct access to the gardens at the front of the property. Storage is provided by a built-in wardrobe.
In bedroom 5, full-size bunk beds make this room suitable for both adults and kids.
Bedrooms 4 and 5 share a family bathroom on the same floor with a shower, vanity unit with sink, and towel radiator. An adjacent separate WC is also available.
For additional flexibility and sleeping capacity, the living room includes a quality sofa bed.

The upper balcony of the master bedroom is furnished with comfortable chairs, while the lower balcony has a table and chairs inviting you to relax and soak in the peaceful surroundings.
A shared garden in front of the property is the perfect spot to unwind or play, accompanied by the calming sound of the nearby Clevieux river. Sun loungers are provided.
By the entrance to the chalet there is a small outdoor seating area, perfect for a drink in the late afternoon sunshine and for putting ski boots on in the morning.
